Pros

Stop the nepotism and racism. Promote the right people

Cons

Diversity gone wrong. This is an indian company and their german office thinks diversity means promoting only locals. There is so much parity. On the same level, you will find a german with as less as 3 years and an indian with 12 years of work experience. There are no budgets for team events. This is an organization raking in millions in profit and cannot even sponsor JP Morgan ticket for more than 100 employees. That is their cut off. There are no simmer parties, Christmas events. They also hosted a breakfast event in the office where the employees were supposed to buy and bring the breakfast. There is never a learning event, their is a portal but never in person learning. My last organization promoted it so much so that we had manadated 5 days a year; a bare mininal to meet your goals and this could be uptp 15. Lunch/drinks were office sponsored. The only event pics you see are done for marketing purpose. No regular employee partake in this. This is not the company culture though,; this stems from ceo who seems like a diversity hire too. She deems is appropriate to discuss russia ukraine war in townhall and give this reason for bot giving increments. And pretends to be for the women and yet, will be the first to day no to rolling out an offer if someone is planning a family. Also cant be bothered to resolve issues that can be putting the company in a legal issue. There has been 1 increment of 1.6% in the laat 5 years despite being a top performer 4 years in a row. The management shamelessly says we have fixed budget projects and no incentives to promote or give increments to people. Their sales team should suffer for this who signs these contracts. Not hard working employees. Oh, and the biggest joke about internal job postings where they claim to transition employees to other roles is a sham where the roles are already defined for people who they want to promote within their teams and only those chosen people will be selected.
