- Toxic managers - Discrimination against non Indian Employees - centralize power in India with toxic environment and discrimination against non Indian Employees. European Offices does not have any independent desicions - Salaries payment delays - Ililegal requests to employers and If you don’t agree they separate you from projects

Cons

- Delay on Salary payment - Interviewers do not tell true to candidates on jobs interview - High level of rotation. People leave the company due to toxic environment with Managers and Indians Employees - No work balance. Do not allow you take vacations and force you work on weekends or public holidays without compensations
