      Pros

      Some good people, dynamic environment and small enough where you can get access to anyone. Decent product and focused on market share.

      Cons

      They seem to be building out and recovered from management disarray at the time which significantly hurt culture and counter-party trust.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
