      Some groups have great dealflow and therefore experience Pay is inline with most banks Free gym at work

      Cons

      Very strong hierarchy in place Some groups do very few deals and mainly focus on sponsor buy-sides Bonuses not inline with BBs and EBs

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
