      Pros

      Some amazing people there who really know their stuff - as a non-bulge bracket bank they have to be at the top of their game to win business.

      Cons

      Like any investment bank, it's all about the dollar. As a junior you have to work very hard. So long hours and a lot of time wasted, depending on your boss.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
