      Long hours, lack of work/life balance, aloofness of senior management, people are not supportive of junior people seeking other opportunities, company benefits not great, unplugged group leaders

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
