      - Lean teams so you get exposed to variety of projects so learning can be accelerated - Relatively good benefits and flexibility

      Cons

      - Punches above weight and tries to project that it is the best thing that happened when significantly big players are around - Cliquey culture where promotions etc. tend to happen only if you are in the circle - Broken HR - Longer serving staff tends to have blinkered approach

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
