Pros

It is a great place to work, if u r directly reporting to Milwaukee

Cons

I was working in pune centre, I had Very horrible experience. Not Good for family people unless u r delivery manager and above. It had a very bad management. They are neither technically skilled not process wise For name sake they are following process of agile or scrum, managers can easily play with it no body to check it. This company is good for contract workers. Their is nothing called HR in the pune centre. For name sake they are product base, their culture is neither of the product based nor service based. You can join the company for short term or if you have God father specially if u are working at technical level I didn't not had skip level meeting for 2 years During time of pandemic managers was busy playing blame game instead of crisis management. They are penalising me for the things out of my control

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
