      Managers are available and they listen to their subs. Good benefits and compensation in this industry.

      Cons

      Too many initiatives that are just thrown by management Lvl3-5 to be in limelight or just be relative. Too many changes at Org level. Every morning a new Organisation announcement. Is this a newspaper?

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
