      Gute Bezahlung und Möglichkeit für ein PKW mit privater Nutzung. Aufgabenfeld ist sehr weit gefächert und jeder kann sich in sein Themengebiet einarbeiten und spezialisieren.

      Cons

      Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Man kann sich stark reinhängen und viel leisten, aber am Ende muss man doch um seine Entgeltgruppe kämpfen.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
