Pros
Culture is as advertised, a lot of places say that they pride themselves on their culture JB actually delivers. Extremely friendly collegiate atmosphere with people happy to go out of their way for you. Remuneration is good, however if you are successful in a client facing role it can be fantastic.
Cons
Large number of systems which could be streamlined like any Private Bank.
