Pros
Good life/work balance. Singapore is a great city to live as an expat.. Wonderful offices in the middle of the city. BJBS has a very aggressive Asia strategy and is expanding very quickly.
Cons
The environment isn't challenging enough. It doesn't offer the same opportunities for advancement as other offices do. The management is lagging behind EU and US offices.
