Great fringe benefits, partially staffed with excellent people who will go the extra mile for the client, no matter if internal or external
Cons
Growth was the focus and for good reason. But the focus and the resources were neither there to profit from it culturally nor to built up structures and install processes which would have been elementary for an organisation of such size.
