      Interesting topics, no BS culture, high level of trust within the company. Written processes exist but strong reliance on human interactions and common sense.

      Cons

      I was onboarded remotely (due to Covid19) and I still have not met a lot of my teammates. So it takes a bit longer to create a team spirit.
