Pros
Basically, I have to say that I became internal as an external employee. I knew what was coming. I already knew my working environment. I received a warm welcome and was able to work full time from day one.
Cons
So far I have no negative comments to make! Certainly, like everywhere, there is room for improvement, but cannot give any at the moment.
