The company is extremely progressive in terms of communication and welcoming new joiners. I have been extremely lucky to have joined a super team with a diverse cultural background and many years of expertise within and outside of JB. All the colleagues I have met or interacted with have been extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. People are genuinely happy to work here. I am very lucky to be part of this new sector of the company and I look forward to many positive challenging years
Cons
Covid - it has been difficult to integrate fast due to covid restrictions and tele working. Many of my main counterparts are tele working so building relationships and networks has been challenging. I look forward to this changing in the very near future.
