Too many systems in place. Hard to get used to Placing a simple trade can take around 15 to 20 mins due to either IT issue or systems not flowing properly btw each other. too much time is spent on Administrative matters. Around 80% is spent on admin matter or resolving IT issues with the day to day system. Loan renewal not capture, Suitability tool not working properly etc..CRM tool always hanging and constantly in battle with CRM tool. The most painful tool ever encountered. Majority of the essential teams we work with on a daily basis are shorthanded..since i joined, every team is saying the same thing, they are backlogged. Opening an account can take quite a while as both account opening, name screening and compliance teams are shorthanded
