      - small bank, so easier to navigate and socialize - friendly staff (back-office, as well as front employees) - very international and diverse; all different ethnic backgrounds are present somehow - encouraging environment with support - many events to socialize (Town Hall, BärBier, etc.)

      - tools are a bit limited and outdated compared to previous employer
