      Good pay, benefits, bonus, work life balance. No PIPs except for RMs, great for anyone who wants to bum around and collect a salary. Everything you need for the twilight of your career - just dump all the work to the directors and below!

      Cons

      Office lifts are faulty. Sometimes they free fall which is like going to a theme park.
