      1. Employees are treated with respect 2. Great Tools to safeguard clients 3. Amazing brand presence 4. professional growth for staff can be easily seen 5. Employee relations always doing activities to keep staff engaged 6. HR Onboarding of staff is amazing

      1. Tasks Duplicated between different teams - need for streamlining 2. whilst professional growth is visible I can see that some Job designations there is no change in corporate title.
