Pros
- fast-paced, never a dull moment, there is always something that needs to be done (which, frankly, I'm more than ok with; I enjoy being challenged and not having time to get bored); - there is pretty much always something new you can learn (even the things you knew you knew how to do, turns out can be done differently); - salaries are always paid on time, never an exception; - stable and solid company.
Cons
- the people, I guess; unfortunately, I personally have not had the luck to interact with people I can call "colleagues"; the worst things I've had to deal with so far have been selfishness and a very developed sense of superiority;
