Pros

- internal work, so you only support the store infra as well as the main office - shift schedule to cover store opening hours + 1 hour after, but volume of tickets used to be ok - fair starting salary and good exposure to various tech and IT processes - great immediate boss

Cons

- supporting store is sometimes annoying, as you are dealing with the most non-IT ppl you can meet - shifts include weekends - no great benefits - basically no growth -> get base xp and bail for greener pastures
