      Pros

      - Fair bonus pay (Night shift pay, Holiday pay, Weekend pay). - Professional environment

      Cons

      - Excessive amounts of micromanagement (everything is timed, including your bathroom breaks) - Unrealistic expectations (they'll expect you to meet a certain quota, time your calls and expect you to not cross a threshold when you're not the one in control of how long the calls go on for).
