      Pros

      - Fair bonus pay (Night shift pay, Holiday pay, Weekend pay). - Professional environment

      Cons

      - Excessive amounts of micromanagement (everything is timed, including your bathroom breaks) - Unrealistic expectations (they'll expect you to meet a certain quota, time your calls and expect you to not cross a threshold when you're not the one in control of how long the calls go on for).

      The Pros were the team. They were very friendly and professional.

      Cons

      The only downside was really the pressure, but that's to be expected if one wants to grow.
