      Pros

      Good benefits like private health insurance, free german language courses and sports activities. The team is really good and the people are friendly. The management is great at keeping live work balance and also providing carrier growth opportunities.

      The pay is on the lower scale on the market for IT

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
