      Good pay Great managers Flexible hours The company values and develops employees through internal opportunities such as dity management training Different aspects to the job which means you never get bored of doing the same thing

      Long hours or short hours depending on the staffing levels Sometimes short staffed which can put staff under pressure to cover the shortfall
