A pretty hateful place to work - Deputy Store Manager Lidl Employee Review

Working hours. 5am starts. High pressure constantly. Working practices change every month or with every new area manager. Terrible communication in store. Training implementation virtually non existent. In-store support from area managers could be much better. More carrot, less stick.
