      Pros

      A growing retail company that has more opportunities in the foreseeable future. Pay is decent relative to the industry standard.

      Cons

      Atmosphere does not foster collaboration within teams and departments. Very little training is given with high expectations. Communication is not an overall strength as departments are siloed.
