      Pros

      Lovely location outside of Philadelphia. Safe clean work environment. Volleyball and tennis leagues. Some exciting simulation and modeling work. Tech refresh for some employees. Union for engineers as protection against management.

      Cons

      First level management is competent, useful, and helpful. Second level management tends towards incompetence. Don't know much about higher levels but assume they are just paper pushers.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
