Good pace of work, friendly coworkers, work life balance

Mid pay, manager may not see day to day work

The work is interesting and because the company is so large, there are many different types of jobs available. If you obtain one position and it's not a good fit, it's pretty easy to change to another type of job. Work/life balance can be good but that's highly dependent upon your individual management team.

Like many very large corporations, upper management is largely out of touch with what motivates employees. They also seem to make decisions primarily based on short-term benefits rather than considering the long-term impacts, which often results in what I believe are poor decisions that are bad for the company in the long-term.
