Pros
Variety of work over the course of a year makes for challenging and interesting projects. Friendly open door culture within most business units.
Cons
Still using/maintaining very old legacy systems that in long term cost a lot to maintain. Customers pay for the developers software, which limits our toolsets and capabilities. Focus on safety to the exclusion of other more relevant topics.
