Pros
Lots of job openings. But you have to interview again for each position. Health benefits are good. Upper manage can be good or awful in many contracts. You may not know until its too late. Engineers are matrixed. This management concept should die on the vine immediately!
Cons
Management changes a lot. Management does not know your work history or experience. External training is non existent for such a large company.
