Sunnyvale in Decline - Test Engineer Senior Lockheed Martin Employee Review

-extremely hard to get fired (or recognized) -large gap in pay between many employees performing the exact same jobs. I saw employees in basically the same position make 1/3 the amount of a direct peer. They may have a different title, but the job responsibilities day-to day are the same. -difficulty securing promotions if employees in a location other than Denver. Promotions beyond 3 to 5 years of employment are near impossible right now. -very negative work attitude among a majority of employees (even the good ones).
