Dishonest KPI. Upper management has appalling communication. Underpaying staff for the workload they do. Casuals having to travel far distances for a 3 hour shift. Store managers constantly reshuffled around stores. Career progression isn't guaranteed even after years of loyalty and hard work. Work life balance doesn't exist, managers sometimes expected to work overtime or find their own cover even when ill.
