The customers and missions they support are incredible. Once you survive your time in business operations you are highly qualified to go to any competitor since the requirements at ManTech have you filing multiple roles.
Cons
Business Operations ran by intimidation and negativity. Relentless work pace for support Staff. Expectation of 60+hours a week with no recognition of the hard work done. Instead employees receive the opposite - criticism and reprimand for what was NOT done regardless of the unattainable requirements. Accounting system and financial tools that are not user friendly or accurate and in many cases having a single point of failure when (not if) there are issues. Zero training for new employees - then their intelligence and skills are questioned within 6 weeks for "just not getting it".
