Basically there are two kinds of ManTech employees, those that previously worked there, and those that are frantically looking to leave. Too much change. ManTech has two halves of the company and employees are treated drastically different. I had 7 managers in 16 months. People resign daily. Unpaid weekend overtime for three months. Witnessed gender and age discrimination.
