      The governance and ceremonies that are being held from strategic portfolio management through coordination and operations to not currently look to be aligning with the 4 Values and 12 Principles of the Agile Manifesto. Existing anti-patterns continue to dominate the ways we work.

      An international company that gives you amazing opportunities for international exposure (either short or long term secondment in France, UK, Italy or Germany). MBDA regroups the best of each country’s culture to make those national differences a strength developing a strong Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
