      - Very polite and friendly people - Pay is decent - Work life balance

      Cons

      - There is a big lot of incompetent engineers that the local management continues to preserve and defend. And in some cases even promote. Local management(Group leads, project leads, etc) do this just because these people are part of their close circle

      Entrepreneurial mindset, forward looking manufacturing company working hard to maintain competitive in the ever evolving auto industry

      Cons

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
