Pros

There are some interesting projects, especially ones that are not being safeguarded by senior engineers. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Not a place for people early on in their careers. There is virtually no career progression. Most young people leave after 3 years. Company is also not doing well financially and this quite apparent.
