Pros
Free uniform, bonuses depending on if targets were met, nice team, loyal customers
Cons
Too much empathise on personal selling and targets, sometimes targets are too high and unrealistic, old POS systems, at times bad communication between stores and head office, it can be overly competitive between sales assistants causing negative working atmosphere, too much work and responsibility passed on to other members of management when store manager is absent and at times feeling like there's no support coming from head office.
