      You get employee discount and double pay on holidays

      Cons

      Could be toxic if you have a toxic manager but from what I’ve observed, the managers receive pressure from higher management at times so i can’t really blame anyone. Some of our managers could get strategic and creative though depending on how they receive pressure.

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
