Pros
The only thing that's positive is the people you work with. We are blessed to like each other and get along well. They give out free uniform which is nice but even so you have to return it back after for their sustainability program, who does that and how is that sustainable?
Cons
You are just a number to them and they just want the numbers to go up. Higher ups constantly stressing employees out with insane expectations. The amount of support we get is virtually 0. Had many instances where we were told holidays were not a benefit to working here but an entitlement even despite working public holidays where the LAW states we are to be compensated for. No Christmas bonus despite the Winter Sale always starting a few days prior to Christmas and it's always an insane amount of work. We got a box full of blankets as a thank you for working there and just as a side note we made millions that year. Management is slightly racist and will not hire you if you name does not sound white. This company does not care about your wellbeing or personal development the way they advertise it.
