      I think that I get a lot of support from my managers and they work really long hours to ensure they meet the needs of the areas managers that come and just point out what’s wrong and don’t praise.

      Cons

      I witnessed a area manager shouting at my store manager and I found it very uncomfortable. No one has the right to speak to anyone like that.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
