None, the only pros is when you finally leave the company
Cons
Rude and selfish management; Overtime unpaid (and you will leave the workplace always at least 10/15 minutes later than your ending shift but then you will get lateness form if you arrive 50 seconds later) ; 0 empathy and 0 respect for employees needs, employees used and squeezed as much as company can; Being blamed if call sick and asked to get tablets and go to work; The most unmotivated and worst working eviroment I ever been; One lateness form or one sick day is enough to lose your monthly bonus; Company does not give you any benefit and you have to pay even for Xmas party.
