      Money is satisfactory. Coworkers/supervisors/asst. manager are good to work with.

      Cons

      Store manager is extremely derisive, unprofessional, and largely incompetent. Schedule is rarel honored, often worked 50+ hours in a week when only paid for 40.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
