      Pros

      The company benefits are very good. Sometimes you get to travel for work. They constanly give you trainings. I had personal growth working there.

      Cons

      The office culture is not the best one. Most of the time I got to experience bad comunicacion between diferents deparments. The employee discount is not the best you, other companies give you better discount.

      Pros

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
