Pros

Such a lovely atmosphere. It was like a small family, sales assistants could joke around with the managers and the other way around as well. The managers cared about their employees. They also kept us well informed about the targets and what was new in the store.

Cons

If you missed your lunch - your fault. Let say your lunch was scheduled to 1pm, and no one came to replace your section by then = you missed out on time of your lunch. Where I work now, we have our 1 hr break even if we go a bit later than scheduled, but that's not how it works in Mango. You work under a LOT of stress and pressure, the only negative thing about the management. The targets for the commission is a bit to high. But overall an okay experience thanks to the lovely team at Mango. Btw, this was at Regent St.

Pros

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
