      Wide range of tasks and experience, and at the moment in time I worked for them, the lack of structure meant I got to touch many facets and learn a lot. My hunger made me grow quickly.

      Cons

      Unclear goals, new American management has no scruples and treats employees at all levels like meat, not really interested in big-picture thinking or long term employee growth and team cohesion.

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
