There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate!
