Pros

* Responsibility : Been here for less than a year, and I am working on a high impact project for which I am the only one responsible. This is the place for people who like ownership and responsibility. * Learning : Whenever I talk to my manager and my peers, I learn something new. This maybe because I am the new guy, but one thing for sure is that there are knowledgeable and helpful people around me. * Culture : Technocratic world. If you have knowledge it will be respected. Work life balance is very good. * Boss : My boss guides me both technically and through the managerial aspects and he is technically too sound. His boss guides him and me and he is also technically super awesome. * Activities : Book Clubs, Monday football, table tennis are some of the weekly activities

Cons

* Canteen is not that good. * No place for leisure activities. * Work from home is not an option

Pros

The company places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth, with clear encouragement for employees to develop their skills over time. There are frequent, fun company events that help build connections across teams and contribute to a genuinely friendly and collaborative culture. Overall, the organization takes a very staff-focused approach, prioritizing employee well-being and fostering an environment where people feel supported and valued.

Cons

With a globally distributed workforce, it can sometimes be challenging to coordinate schedules or connect in person with colleagues.
